The area around the property was really beautiful. Several things to do, we went to the monkey show which was interesting and to Edo Wonderland, which was very cool. However, this hotel is very old and needs to be updated. The outdoor bath was nice.

スタッフは外国人の方が多く一生懸命さが伝わってきます 反面、どうしても言葉の壁があると感じます 施設は綺麗に清掃されていますが古さが目立ちます 客室エアコンの異音、床の剥がれ階段ジュータンのほつれ等あちこちにいたみがあり放置されています エレベーターの芳香剤の香りがキツすぎトイレ？って感じになりました 食事は夕朝とも美味しくいただきました 価格から評価するとこの価格でこれ程ガンバれるのは凄いと思います お得感を感じます

スタッフは外国人の方が多いが皆さん丁寧に対応をしてくれました 夕食朝食は豪華さはありませんが品数も多いと思います ただ、朝食の牛乳が今日は無くなったとの事で飲むことができませんでした また、ホームページには浴衣をフロントで貸し出すありましたが貸し出しは土日のみとの事で借りることができませんでした 小さな事ですが旅行者にとっては不満です 改善を望みます 全体的に料金を考えれば満足のいくものでした

お部屋に付いた信楽焼の露天風呂は、いつでも入浴でき、すぐにお湯を張れる点がとても便利で快適でした。眺めも良く、大人2人で入っても十分な広さがあります。 朝夕のブッフェは、会場こそややコンパクトではありますが、料理の種類が非常に豊富で、ライブキッチンのステーキやオムレツも質が高く満足度の高い内容でした。料理が少なくなるとすぐに補充されるなど、細やかな配慮も感じられます。 お部屋の床に一部コーティングの剥がれが見られ、見た目にやや気になる点はありましたが、全体的に清掃は行き届いており、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 お酒は別料金です♪

部屋の掃除が行き届いておらず、ベッドの下にゴミが落ちていた。 部屋の露天風呂では、上の階からたまに滝のように水が降ってくる。 居心地が悪く、少し滞在しましたがチェックアウトしました。 写真を見て凄く楽しみにしていたんですが、とても残念でした。

せっかくの露天風呂付の部屋でしたが、外があまりにも寒すぎて大浴場に入りました。 夏の鬼怒川だったら最高のロケーションで、露天風呂も堪能できたかも 部屋は快適でした

ここのホテルだけじゃない

あんまり口コミがよくなかったので不安でしたが、むしろいい旅になりました。 ここのホテルだけでなく、鬼怒川自体、虫がたくさんいるので、夜の露天風呂は虫との戦いでした。
