"The airport shuttle arrangement and breakfast were great. There was some noise coming from the outside at night, but not enough to keep you from sleeping. This hotel did not disappoint, and we had a great stay. I did book this hotel hoping to get a hammam, but staff was out those days ;("

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"

The location was very central and within walking distance to shops and restaurants and major sites like Hagia Sophia Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapı Palace, and Grand Bazaar. "Everything was great, just not pleased with breakfast, not a good range. The had french toast but wasn’t cooked well. My omelette wasn’t cooked well. Room was better than the pictures. Location was good. English was good from the staff. I wouldn’t stay again only because of the breakfast. Steam room was nice and free to use. Staff at spa was excellent "

"The hotel looks great esthetically. The rooms are much smaller than what the pictures make them seem. Very dated. The AC didnt work consistently it would cool for 5 mins and blow warm humid air The rest of the day. No storage in the room for long stays. The showering amenities like shampoo are really low quality and Im one who never has an issue with this but I had an issue with their product. The carpets had stains and crust feel and need to cahnged. The pillows were lumpy and really poor. I had 4 different sized pillows lol. The breakfast buffet was great!"
