From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff—especially the evening team were warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. One feature I especially appreciated was that the window could be opened slightly, allowing fresh air into the room. It made the room feel much more comfortable and refreshing than many hotels with sealed windows. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The friendly service and comfortable environment made this a place I would happily choose again."
