Our rooms weren’t cleaned when asked, we had to remind staff of our requests multiple times, lots of stray animals around rooms and also in and out of the kitchen. Breakfast buffet was very poor and food from restaurant was satisfactory but cocktails were enjoyable.”

“This hotel is exceptional in all aspects of our stay. We stayed in Studio 1, opposite the check in office. The rooms were clean and shower area large. The restaurant’s food was delicious, compliments to the chef for always producing tasty, delicious meals. The staff in the restaurant area are very attentive and helpful. “The resort was great our cottage was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. Rachel was very accommodating at the front desk answering our questions and was able to extend our stay and ordered us a shuttle. The two gentlemen at the Bull restaurant bar gave us good service. Their free breakfast were excellent and many to choose from. We would love to stay there again.”
