"Breakfast is good. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The shower has no door so the water can splash out. The key is old fashioned not card keys. But overall we like the hotel. It is beautiful inside the hotel"

"The resort was great our cottage was clean and ready when we arrived. The staff were very helpful. Rachel was very accommodating at the front desk answering our questions and was able to extend our stay and ordered us a shuttle. The two gentlemen at the Bull restaurant bar gave us good service. Their free breakfast were excellent and many to choose from. We would love to stay there again."

"The hotel is modern and beautiful. The pool is great. The food is good. They upgraded me to a better room for free which was wonderful. The room and shower were great, comfy bed, big shower, AC. Only complaints were there is no hot water for the showers and the noise, especially since I'm a light sleeper. Could hear people walking above me - so request a top floor if that bothers you. You could also hear the music as they play loud music until 10 pm in the lobby/kitchen/pool area so I would request one away from that. means no day time naps too. Overall I would stay again just in a farther from the action room. Otherwise they offer a free airport shuttle, city shuttle, beach shuttle which was super convenient."

"Lime Resort is very professional and customer-focused, with service that goes above and beyond. Every staff member from security, front desk, and concierge to the drivers and restaurant servers was accommodating, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. Before our arrival, they proactively informed us that the infinity pool would be closed and offered the option to switch to an affiliated hotel or keep our original booking. I am so glad we chose to stay. Not only is Lime conveniently located near town and Vanilla Beach, but the staff truly made all the difference. A few minor issues: the TV didn't work properly, the shower tended to leak water onto the bathroom floor, and the sink area could benefit from a wider shelf for toiletries. Additionally, a broader breakfast selection with more fresh fruit or cheese would be nice (though my family was completely happy with it). Overall, we were very satisfied, highly recommend Lime Resort to everyone, and will definitely stay here again if we return to El Nido"
