"I was supposed to meet a family member here, but their flight was canceled and could no longer meet me here in Japan. I needed to cancel this reservation because of this disappointing turn of events. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay. "Great location just next to Hakata Station. Lots of shops and food nearby. Taxi stand is a stone's throw away, or you can try to flag one down just outside on the main road. Room for three is a little cramped due to the third bed being placed right in the centre, but we worked around it for just one night. Each bed could possibly sleep 2 smaller sized people, but if you are bigger built then one person to a bed is necessary. Check in was easy. There is a complimentary hot drinks machine on the ground floor with covered take away paper cups. Overall a good deal."
