"It was basic. Staffs were having hard times with the other guests. We were not given hand towels as they have been going missing. Recycling or garbage sorting was shockingly absent, once again due to the nature of the other guests/residents."

The location is very quiet and central. The housekeeping was excellent and no matter what time of day I left and took the sign off the door it was clean when I returned, which I did not expect (most US hotels have a set time for cleaning).
