“We stayed on the basement floor, where two guest rooms share a bathroom. Fortunately, the other room appeared to be unoccupied, so we had no issues using the bathroom. However, the cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved, which was a bit disappointing”

“The place was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were stained and had flakes of dried soiling on them. The unit is in a basement and the whole place reeked of damp mold. I never got an email with the entry codes so I had to call when I arrived at 2 in the morning after my flight, thankfully someone answered. All I can say positive is it was quiet and a good location. ”

“가족여행으로 2박 3일 5명이서 사용했는데 큰 불편함없이 잘 있다갑니다. 서울 중심에 위치하면서 서울역과 가까워서 좋았고 주변에 편의점과 외식할만한 식당이 많았습니다. 사진과 놀라울만큼 완전히 똑같은 시설이었고 깨끗했습니다. 사용하진 않았지만 세탁기와 건조기, 우산까지 ㅎㅎ있어서 섬세한 배려가 느껴졌어요. 침구류와 침대도 매우 매우 편했습니다. 화장실과 세면대+샤워실이 2개인 것도 좋았어요. 단점은 전자렌지안에 전 숙박객이 사용한 듯한 그릇이 하나 들어있어서 당황스러웠고, 그 외에 남은 식료품 같은것도 있었는데 아예 없었다면 더 좋았을거 같습니다. 언제 오픈한건지 알수없어서 쓸수 없었습니다. ㅠ 약간 찝찝.. 그리고 침구류나 수건이 모자라진 않았지만 여분이 있었다면 더 좋았을거 같습니다. 갑자기 체크인 시간을 변경해서 죄송했습니다. 서울에 다시 오게 된다면 또 묵고싶은 아주 훌륭한 곳이었습니다. ”

“오래된 건물이라 조금 낡긴했지만 비교적 깨끗하게 잘관리된 곳이었습니다. 전망, 위치 모두 좋았습니다.”

“Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting...

“가격대비 만족스럽지는 않네요...공간에 비해 에어컨이 작아서 더워서 고생했네요.”
