Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Don’t rent this property. Run away.

Run Away.... we booked and pay in full, we got an email confirmation. But when we arrived there, nobody was answering the phone, and we found out that place was rented already. I was there with my family and 2 Kids waiting for 2 hours an answer on the phone from the property management .After 100 calls, The guy finally responded but even didn’t apologize and said we should have reconfirm 3days before even if was paid in full !!! He only said don’t worry you will get reimbursed when I was waiting with my 2 kids outside ! By chance hotels.com found a solution in an hotel nearbuy and didn’t charge for the price difference . This property has nothing to do on this website Andy should be deleted. People are not serious
