โProperty was in excellent position to shops restaurants and buses. Staff were friendly pleasant, nothing was a problem, so helpful towards us as we are from overseas. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Would thoroughly recommend Premier Inn Sutton.โ

Lโappartamento era bellissimo dotato di tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, ci hanno fornito detersivo, spugna per lavare i piatti capsule per la lavastoviglie. โThe entire staff were very helpful. Special thanks to Clarence at the reception desk. We spent 2 nights at the hotel. We noticed a problem with the bedside table lamps. Clarence tried to fix the problem with table lamps but he could not. He immediately moved us to another room in the hotel and we are grateful to him. The room was very clean. Really liked the underground parking facility. The staff at the breakfast room were also very polite and helpful. โ
โThe hotel is lovely. Lots of little touches in the room and excellent service from all of the staff. The pub is perfect. Great service, great food, lovely beer garden and beautifully decorated. Itโs the kind of pub/hotel you want as your local. โ
โHad a great time here although it was for business trip. Rooms were cosy and warm which was good because it was really cold when we visited. Rita at reception was very friendly and helpful.โ
