“The room was clean and had what we needed, was a nice suprise to find USB and USB-C ports next to the bed. We did require the double bed, sofa bed and a cot so it was a little cramped but that could have just been us. We had a view over the train station which entertained our 4 year old nosing at the train but we never heard the trains. They provided a cot, changing mat and bath seat (only a shower) for our baby which was a pleasant suprise to be given more than a cot. Staff were pleasant...

“Instead of a room in the Chateau Hotel I was allocated a stand alone cabin in the grounds, which was OK but drab and not what I booked. The cabin plain-pied was clean but initially very cold on entry. Shower head was broken. Parking outside was a positive feature. OK for a night and the room was clean and tidy, bathroom was clean and functional, but it was not a Chateau Hotel. It was a cabin.
