Staff was excellent and go out of there way for their guests.โ

โTypically stay at Wide Hotel but tried this one out since they have a kitchen and more of an apartment layout. It was incredible! Beautiful layout, great size kitchen, bedroom and living room area. We loved it so much we didnโt want to leave the space! โ

Cuando uno se queda 5 noches nos obligรณ a cenar fuera del hotel para no repetir siempre el mismo plato.โ

They do not have hair conditioner in the room but will provide if you ask. You need a Phd to control the room lights ( there are a lot). Our room was very spacious for a European hotel. โ

However, accessing the elevator requires going up some stairs, which makes it less convenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Although I stayed in a Junior Suite, the canal view was not as good as expected, which was a bit disappointing."
"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staffโs attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldnโt find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, itโs very noisy, and when you close them, itโs hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend.โโโโโโโโโโโโโโโโ"
