Overall it was a good stay. Nice and friendly staff. Everything was clean. Room overall was nice. Breakfast ear was clean with standard continental breakfast offerings. Pool is permanently closed and no coffee in the room but there was coffee in the breakfast area.

Worked well for a quiet stay.
Nice motel, clean, quiet and beds were fine. Nice TV and refrigerator worked. Kind of odd that the only way in was through the front doors; you could not enter from the parking lot as those doors were kept locked. Pool and spa were permanently closed.

Property very outdated. Everything looked old. Parking lot in very rough shape. Holes in shower wall covered with black tape. Shower head hung for the height of a child. Small TV. Staff was very nice.

My child couldn’t take a bath because the shower head was forced up. Overall decent place. Pool is outside.

Hello, you could have tilted the shower head down and the pool is not outside and the pool is permanently closed for the last 3 years.

Back door to the hotel didn't lock anyone could walk on. No second door lock on door. Furniture damaged, shower damaged, freezer in refrigerator completely frozen over. Will never go back, very dissatisfied😞

There was a bathtub but no plug options, I had to use a plastic bag to plug the tub. Also the room had a strange odor. Need was comfy and easy access from my room to outside. Also staff were very nice

Check in and out was fast and efficient, customer service was nice, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Only issues I had was no shower curtain in the bathroom, and no way to call the front desk when one of the other guests was playing hard rock till 1 am the first night. But everything else was good.

Staff had their personal vehicle parked in the drive thru / Check in spot. If I had a wheelchair or walker, I would NOT have been able to park in front of door to check in. So did not comply to state or federal Disability/ handicap regulations. Once checked in, room was in the middle of building. Side door was locked so had to park far away from door to go into hallway & room. Again, against handicap regulations. When brought up to staff about not being customer friendly, staff tried to cancel my reservation. This place should NOT be included in Expedia's list. Will be giving yourself a bad reputation by supporting this aweful business.

The outside isn't appealing mostlybecauseof location, but the inside very nice. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very nice rates were reasonable. However i travel for work and have 2 heelers that travel with me. Well behaved members of my family. They have a pet fee of $25 per night per pet totally unfair. I understand that some people are irresponsible and may allow their pet to damage the room but that isn't an issue for me or most pet owners. So we pay the fee and have no issues we should be refunded. Otherwise we're just being overcharged for a cheap hotel room.

Hi we have closed the hot tub and swimming pool since a year now and we don’t have any amenities saying that we do and we also put a sign on the door saying that the pool and spa is out of order, so you are giving us a bad rating for no reason and sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you
