We have stayed in a lot of motels and this is one of the best! No complaints on anything! Excellent on all categories!

Clean hotel, friendly staff
Great hotel, the cost was super reasonable. The hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good. A decent variety of food. The beds were on the soft side, but comfortable.

We went to be near relatives and spent most of our time with them, so we did not spend much time at the hotel. We found everything to be satisfactory. The breakfast was tasty. Norfolk is easy to get around and the hotel was conveniently located.

The hotel booked us in smoking rooms and said it was your fault. They did change the rooms to non-smoking. Breakfast was very good.

Bon accueil. Isolation des chambres trop faible par rapport à la route qui passe à côté. Bon petit déjeuner.

Ok for one night budget conscience minded travel
Ok for a one night stay. Front desk staff was very nice. Hotel is a good lower cost option for the area. Much better than the other lower cost hotels in the area

Great location to divots concert center
It was perfect location for a concert we attended. We used out Expedia points so it only cost us $10. Staff was great and let us park our motorcycle under the entrance canopy as ther was chance of storms. Kept everything dry.

Long 4 state and Canada trip with grandaughter.
For the price it was one of the nicer hotels we stayed in. Staff very helpful and friendly.

It was OK, kind of pricey for what it had to offer and the age of it. Great staff and breakfast. Not crazy over the rooms or comfort of the beds. It needs some updating.

Norfolk Stay
Hotel was clean, front desk was friendly, breakfast was ready at 6:00 am. with lots of choices, waffles, bagels, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal or oatmeal. Was a bargain compared to other properties in the area.

The heater temperature setting did not work, set all the way to 60 to stop it from continually heating the room. Finally had to shut it off, then of course it got cold. Bed was like sleeping on jello. No sleep, a waste of money.

Well, it wasn't me that stayed. I booked the trip for a co-worker. He called back saying that it was a really nice hotel and he was glad that I rented a room there for him. He was pleased overall with everything.

College reunion
For the price ($70), this was a great deal. The location is close to so many things. The room was large, clean and had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again and will definitely tell people.

Good for the Price
The only drawback to our stay was that we were told by Expedia that they had a pool. My husband was having back trouble and we planned to stay in motels that had a pool. Other than that, we were very pleased with the experience.

Nice hotel for the price
Stayed over the weekend for a friends wedding. Hotel was booked but never heard noises in the hallway. Clean room, excellent staff from front desk to housekeeping.

This hotel was great.
It was my bachorelette party and needed a place close to the bar so we wouldn't have to drive home after our dd's went home. Stay was great and has smoking rooms.

Great hotel at a great price!
This is a great hotel for the price. The breakfast is simple, but adequate and filling. Both hot and cold food choices available. The only issue we had was with the room. I booked a non-smkoking, but when we got there they put us in a smoking room. A trip to the front desk got us a non-smoking room and a discount for the inconvenience. The staff was very pleasant and quickly resolved the situation. The hotel and the room was clean and attractive looking. Will definately stay here again.

The room was very clean and nicely equipped with a flat screen tv. It was very quiet and breakfast was very good.
