The bathroom floor was dirty. The tub was not clean. The bed had small kinky hair in it that was not ours.

Property decided to take our money and start a renovation just to say we can't rebook, even though they allowed other guest to stay,it also had ants everywhere I even in the fridge,the stove was rusty only 2 aisles worked and oven was gunked with old food,we were moved TWICE at check in ,the staff gave us a rate then did not honor that rate.i would never stay or recommend THIS best Western location to anyone.. breakfast served cold eggs and watered biscuits and gravy, breakfast attended sat at the table in breakfast area PICKING her nose then made coffee

The front staff were very nice and helpful. The room was cozy. Location felt as if it was in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go so very convenient.

This property had think blankets. The mattress was cheap and you felt the springs in tour back causing my wife severe back pain. Found two roaches in the fridge and a bog cockroach on the floor. The room smelled like mildew and when we needed wash clothes and towels we had to wait overnight in order to get them. The staff was very friendly and tried their best. The breakfast was pretty good but they mainly had pork meat which we couldn’t partake in. I will not return to the particular Best Western knowing what I know now. Hopefully another Best Western will be better!!

Friendly staff, I love the fenced-in dog park! The only issue is that other dog owners didn't clean up after their pets. Booked room with Kitchen and checked out the kitchen items which were very stingy i.e. no plates, silverware cooking utensils but I made due.

1. I enjoyed the ocean front view. 2. Room was clean. 3. Breakfast room was excellent with a lot of selections and very clean. 4. The staff was very accomodating. 5. There was even an outdoor outlet for me to plug in my electical car. 6. Easy access to the beach.

The lamp in bedding area rusty and flaking metal chips as well as bathroom towel rack where they put the semi-white towels. Also bedsheets were dirty. Replacement clean towels not available. The bathtub was dirty as well as bathroom sink which had toothpaste in sink from previous. My husband purchased cleaning supplies and bathmat. We did not dare stay another night. Horrible to call yourself a suite hotel!!!

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. View was great and breakfast was good every morning. We did not use the beach access or pool, so I can't really comment on them but they looked inviting.

Location and price were good room just ok
Location and price were great. Morning beach walks were beautiful Room itself was just ok. Walls were very very thin so it was noisy you can hear noises from other peoples room all day and night. Rooms need blankets on beds or thicker cover little chilly with just a sheet for covering Complimentary Breakfast was a plus both servers in breakfast room were sweet and kind. Coffee and food were hot and delicious. Dining area were breakfasts was served were clean and well stocked with food
