Nice, clean, helpful staff…the restaurant served me a fabulous meal and cocktails. I needed to be near the airport and didn’t expect much but it was great!

The hotel is under renovation but was beautiful, clean and safe. We left another hotel down the street in the middle of the night due to mold and unsafe conditions. The staff here was understanding, welcoming and beyond accommodating. The restaurant on property was delicious, the room was beautiful and clean and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

There was construction ongoing which was not made aware to me BEFORE booking . Housekeeping service was sketchy. Showed up one day and not the next When I asked for coffee and cream packets, the front desk staff instructed me to where I could retrieve it myself. Horrible guest service. Will not recommend to my superiors and actually will advise to NOT use!!!

The staff were friendly upon checking in and out. The room and bathroom were very clean. However, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower pressure was nonexistent.

Excellent Customer Service since my arrival. Hotel was super clean. Chisthmas Decorations were beautiful. Space in my room as well the usb connections were perfect. I definetely will come back to double tree. Thank you for being amazing.

I appreciate the ability to leave my car at the hotel while I am traveling. Staff is also great, especially Mary in the pop-up restaurant for breakfast. Friendly and brought warm candied pecans for my oatmeal. :)

Room ok but no refrigerator for meds etc. rest of hotel rundown and some places dirty. Free water but no free breakfast. Just not the high quantity I’ve been used to at Hilton properties… especially for price. Reminded me of a motel not a Hilton hotel!

Great Stay and close to airportt.
Has been remolded since my last visit. Very nice. DO NOT take a room with adjoining room. Doors are paper thin and you will hear everything in the next room. Other than that love the changes. Convenient to the airport.

Overall enjoyed your stay, they are in the process of remodeling. I was actually in a just remodeled room, which was very very nice. Little aggravating dealing with the elevator repairs doing all five days I was there other than that. Very happy with the stay in the price Would stay here again
