Rooms were clean, but the sink faucet was loose. They need to repair or replace the bathroom door. The front office staff was very nice and efficient. It was very quiet there, which was great!

The hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable. A little outdated in the room furniture and colors, but still very nice. The staff were super helpful and nice and the breakfast was delicious! Spent the afternoon with the family in the pool. Very nice! Will definitely stay there again when we are in town.

The front desk staff were AMAZING. The retired Army Master Sargent at the desk was THE ABSOLUTE BEST. Above and beyond service .. our stay was stellar because she made it so. Thank you for your service and the folded basketball uniform!

The one positive for us was the breakfast was decent and had a good variety. That being said, the pool was freezing and unusable, as well as the main doors to the pool wouldn’t unlock, you had to use a side door. They also had no guest laundry facilities.

Standard hotel visit. Decent breakfast options. Quiet with a comofetable bed and couch. I had a suite and it was well priced. The part that stuck out to me the most was the kindness and compassion of the woman who met me at the front desk. I can't remember her name, but she was from Aruba. She stood out as one of the most hospitable people I've encountered in my travels. And I travel a lot.

Room was pretty clean, a little alarmed by seeing stains on our window curtains and my friend had a burn hole in one of her sheets. At our last night there, there were groups of people talking on our floor’s hallway around midnight to 1 AM. While that’s not the facilities fault—just know it is a generally busy and loud place on the weekend. Something else of note: the pool is directly in the lobby, everyone walking in the front door of the hotel would be able to see anyone in the pool. Parking was good. Breakfast was as good as getting fast food breakfast, nothing crazy. Staff was very nice and polite!
