"Upon arrival we had to wait 4 and a half hour before our room was ready. We from Chicago and was very tired just ready to reset. Once we got to the room it was very small. The bathroom tub was nasty it had hair in it from the previous visitors. No one came to pick up trash that we placed outside the door. The toilet and the sink was not clean at all. I straightened up the room before leaving to ensure I get my deposit back. The location is great but I wouldn’t stay there again. The rooms are very out of date very old."

"The staff at this hotel were amazing. Staff helped us with whatever was needed. The hotel is well cared for & inviting. The staff at the marketplace were not very accommodating & prices were super high for what was purchased. The room was great & the housekeeping staff provided many things we needed. However, after two of the 4 night stay, we didn’t receive a room cleaning or weren’t asked about it. Weird. The location is exceptional & made traveling the city very convenient. "
