"I couldn't be happier with the stay. I came into town for the Garmin Marathon Series and knew I wanted to stay close to the event and this was not only close to the expo and starting point but close to the Durham Food Hall and Farmers Market. From Check-in to Check-out the property staff were so helpful. They made sure to help me figure out the check-in process which was a bit confusing and were receptive to any questions I had. The apartment itself was immaculate and felt like a luxury stay- honestly, pristine. They went the extra mile, providing a snack bag and a box with essentials in case I needed to use the dishwasher, sink, or washing machine. They also had coffee pods for the Keurig. If I needed any help with check-in the Landing hotline staff were very helpful and the wait time to speak with someone was less then 5 minutes. If this is what all landing properties are like, I will be using them again in other cities! Thanks for the great stay!"

"Very clean and spacious room. Would book here again. The front desk staff was not very friendly. One safety risk I didn't like was the parking pass you get has your room number on it and is displayed on your dashboard. Anyone walking by could see that and just walk in the hotel and gonstaright to your room. This definitely needs to be changed."

"This is a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The only reason we gave it a 3/5 overall, is because they surge priced or the Duke Reunion window and it was quite expensive for what we received (ie. 2 nights for a double occupancy was $500/night and this is not a $500/night style hotel)."
