“We were welcomed most graciously and shown to a most lovely room. The ambience made us feel immediately comfortable. The surrounding area was easily walkable for shopping or just enjoying the sights. Parking was no problem.”

“There is no other place in Texas I would rather be for a quick getaway than at the Lancaster Manor with Mrs. Connie and Mr. John. The French Room is home away from home, and at this visit, I had the eggs bennie instead of my usual Texas pancakes. YUM! Booking for stay #7 in June for my sister's birthday.”

“A really nice place close to downtown square. Accommodations were superb. Breakfast was great (home cooked and hot) The host (Julie) anlso accommodated our diet needs with choices. WiFi and YouTube TV channel was also good. The host also suggested sites around town and was very friendly. Definitely recommend this B&B. ”

“Wonderful host, great old house to explore, like a museum with a Brit twist! Great wrap around porch. Teacups, plentiful tea and coffee in room. Our suite was like an antique store, so many items to appreciate. Very clean accommodations. Short, easy walk to downtown Waxahachie, great breakfast places. Sweet town.”

“I asked using microwave, and staff said it is in 25th floor. When I go 25th. there was no microwave. Staff change his word to 24th, 26th, but both of them were no microwave. Finally staff said what he can do. If they told me no microwave, I should not walk from 24th to 26th. How they told me incorrect information even they didn't check?”

“Incredibly friendly staff. Love the on site restaurant. Free parking is a plus! Only complaint is that I am on a work trip and wifi is terrible. ”
