One off because of the elevator being extremely slow: at least a 3 minute wait for the elevator to pass through each floor. Other than that and the vagrant who refused to leave the outdoor premises of the hotel...It's Awesome!!!! The hotel staff...all of the beautiful black females from Mrs. Krucher to the morning lady and the female holding things down in the breakfast nook were so kind and very communicable.

My stay was wonderful!! Everything was very clean from the lobby to the rooms. The front desk staff was awesome! Stephanie, Nyoka, and I don’t remember the name of the young lady that checked me in on my first night around 6pm but she was very nice and helpful. Our toilet handle wouldn’t flush so I called the front desk and she did not hesitate to change our room. I highly recommend this hotel!!

My room was very clean and comfortable and staff very helpful and kind. However, the elevators were out of service several times during my 3-night stay. Additionally, the fire alarm went off at 5 AM one morning and continued for 30 minutes. It was a malfunction. Also, there was a $14 charge per night for parking, which I must have missed when I booked.
