“As a first-time visitor with this property (RIU Palace), overall I was pleased until cockroaches started showing up in my room and the kids' room. We were on the ground floor so that could be why but they need to do a better job of ensuring it's not invested with roaches. We also had the most embarrassing situation over at RIU Reggae. “This property was beautiful, and peaceful. I was only able to stay for a few days but I was still able to experience how warm and welcoming the entire staff was. The food was also amazing, one of the best that I experienced at an all inclusive resort. Everything was flavorful, which is exactly how I like it. The resort had amazing bartenders as well. When I come back to Jamaica I promise to stay at this resort again. My friend and I had an amazing time.”

“Liked location and ease of booking. Unit out of date, someone entered the unit after we checked in and our belongings were there. No coffee, towels tattered, lights, fans confusing out of date. Bathroom needs to be gutted. ”
