Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. ”

I was able to keep in mind that they just reopened after a catastrophic one in a lifetime hurricanes with that said the only few things I feel that they could've stepped up with was giving the staff a better work environment, especially the lifeguards. “Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. “Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”
