“This is my second time staying at Toby’s, my first time being almost 20 years ago. For a short trip, Toby’s is a good option if you want to be close to the strip but not right on it. “Great views but Property needs renovation. At night, the dogs, the vehicles, and the goat noises woke me up at 2-7am+. Ants and other insects inside the units, roach was in my cousin's unit. Cat poop was on the stairs near the pool. Breakfast was good but dinner was lacking. The fish was frozen battered pieces. Never expected nor ever received frozen battered fish in JA. Rice n peas was very good. Helpful staff.”

“For seven days the the refrigerator never work i notify housekeeping still no improvement. For the same period of time every morning they claims they ran out 2-3 items on the breakfast menu”
