“Rooms were very clean as well as the entire property. Staff wasn’t as customer service friendly as expected. I know cultural difference may play a part. But there were a few that were extremely nice (Saneika at the inside bar and Jahmarie at Rosehall). True customer service friendly. Remembered my drink daily and my coffee and juice request for breakfast. The entertainment was lacking overall in the day. DJ plays for himself and the crew few years back was more interactive poolside etc. ...

“I loved everything about this place. There was entertainment everyday and night always something to do. The food was great and they had a wide variety to choose from. Princess Senses owes me thing we had a really great time.”

“Overall stay was okay, however the hotel had multiple area that was wet and ceiling leaking from the rain, water was running all over the floors creating a hazard, could have controlled better, my toilet was not flushing for a few hours, leaving a smell of body waste in the room due to it sitting there unable to flush, I was told there was a plumbing and water issue, also the chairs in the theater was very hard and uncomfortable. The entertainment was okay for only 2 of the shows as the dancers...

“My experience was really great as a solo traveler for my birthday. The staff were very helpful with whatever i needed and answered questions. The room was cleaned everyday. The pools are amazing. You must try the spa!!!! That massage was top tier.”

“The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort.”

“This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at....Room and bed was fabulous and the view of ocean was perfect! The staff were wonderful and food was always first class....I stayed 10 days and have already made plans to re book!! Tyrick the bartender always helped along with Nick and the chef Cristina....the owner Anna also made sure everything was nice and made the stay unforgetable!!!......The pool was exceptionally clean and warm,so I did spend time there,which was great!!!!”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”
