"If you have any disabilities walking please bring your own wheelchair or walker. Only recommendation is the resort have golf rides or buggies for those who have difficulty walking. Also the elevators needs air conditioning or a fan the elevator is very claustrophobic. Also the lounge chairs in the lobby are too low for people who have disabilities. The staff is professional and hard working kind and very courtesy."
Princess Grand Jamaica Resort - All Inclusive

"Our experience overall was good! The resort is new and very beautiful. The staff could have been friendlier, upon arrival the communication is limited, we had to ask about daily activities. It wasn’t until I went back to front desk that they guided me to their app. The food choices were good for an all inclusive resort. Their kids club facility is amazing, however we found they often do not stick to kids activities schedule and you don’t find out it’s postponed or canceled until you show up. We also found that the staff running the kids club can be a bit rude or cold. We didn’t drop off our daughter but when we would stay they seemed bothered by us. Lastly the beach was disappointing, very rocky, was not suitable for our 4 year old to enjoy. We spent most of our time at the pools."

"Overall stay was great. Staff was helpful and room service was prompt when we needed warmer blankets. Food was amazing!!! Some Riu hotels, their food don’t aren’t always the best being it’s all inclusive, but Riu reggae and Riu Montego Bay had great options each day. You can go back and forth between the two. You only can’t eat dinner at Riu montego if you’re staying at reggae. Pools were cleaned and the staff was great as well!! Not sure why it’s not rated higher. I definitely recommend coming here. Only issue we had was the balcony. We wanted to be freaky but your balcony is facing the pools lol"
