“I was very impressed with how well this place was decorated. They had everything that I expected in the amenities list in the post. I think it’s also important to know that the property is in a gated community for your extra security which gave me a feel of exclusivity during my stay. “It is not fair for me to review this visit to Foote Prints. The hotel was closed for renovations and seems to have been for about 2 months, but nobody ever told me. Considering that fact, I was fortunate someone was there and made some calls, determined there was a goof-up and actually made a room ready for us for one night and for that I say, "thank you!"”

“I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back.”

“This is the best hotel for the $ in Portland. The place was kept well. The place was so comfortable. It was quiet and the perfect get away. Only minutes from downtown Portland. Great place to stay.”

“I will start by saying, the staff was really pleasant, but there were some issues with the place. First, the hot water heater was out and we were told that it would be fixed, but that never happened. Second, they offer free WiFi and it was very weak, coming in and out during the day and at night not at all. Next, on the website they offered free breakfast but when we got there and asked about it was told they only make breakfast if you request it the day ahead of time. Another false...

“Its not worth the rate. Was a total waste of money! The first room had two double beds ask for jus one bed was taken ti a unfit room bed was broken bathroom was old & needed alot of repair , asked to stay with the two beds was told its not available and hd to pay more to get it! Was later placed in another room after being told they all booked out , this room was bearable”
