I was surprised that it actually wasn’t very noisy given the proximity to the highway. I appreciated that I was able to check in after 5 and the 11am checkout was nice too. “Lovely reception from the owner, who was very informative about local places to visit, eat and fish. Room had everything we needed for our 3 night stay, including a portable stove. Outside had a bbq with everything needed to cook on it. We also had a lovely farewell from the owner as we were leaving.”

“The main attraction was the Mexican restaurant with bar attached (and happy hour, which never disappoints). While there wasn't actually a lot of Mexican food on the menu, what was there was very good. A couple of biscuits in the room with coffee would be good. Convenience - room/restaurant/bar was the big factor. ”
