“Room wasn’t ready, staff was overwhelmed, room was dirty, breakfast was okay.”

“Basic hotel. Clean and friendly staff. Nice to have separate room to sit on small couch and desk. Bed was firm nice linens. Hotel is a little worn but staff very nice. Breakfast area kept nice and clean good offerings. Good value.”

“The carpet in the room is old and stained, the bathroom is old for the price per night I would expected something a bit newer, with amenities that are not old worn out. There is no free drinking water available in the room. The light fixture is missing the light bulb. I like the fact that it’s located in the heart of Newark, DE and it’s close and convenient. The breakfast lacks variety and is not appealing, the food are very salty.”

“I chose this hotel because my daughter had to go to the University of Delaware and I'm so glad I did. The hotel was very clean. The staff was wonderful and accommodating and the room was fantastic.”

“We were very comfortable staying here. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. My only negative was not crazy about the breakfast. The staff serving it was very friendly and kept things clean. I just don’t like that kind of eggs would’ve liked a little more variety.”
