“Staff refused to deal with screaming kids and loud music in room next to us. Said they would send security to speak with them, but nothing changed. Finally quieted down at 4am. No hot tub, no pool. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. Waste of time amd money. They said it was broken, but i believe they shut it down due to the large youth event they jad going on. Will not go there again.”

“Overall just great! You have everything you need on property! A restaurant, 2 hot tubs infoor and an indoor pool. A awsome staff all around!!”

“Clean room and facility. Parking lot was for larger SUVS but that was not enforced and we had to park on street as our vehicle would not fit in parking garage. When checking in it seemed to be a bother and no apologies for lack of parking in February, hate to think what it would be like in summer. I merely asked where we could park. Never got an enjoy your stay or explanation of facilities. The checkout was polar opposite pleasant and asked about our stay and hoped we would return ”

“Rooms could be cleaner but the location is great and wonderful for kids. All that makes up for the old rooms”
