While the staff member on duty was friendly and attempted to assist me, the overall experience did not meet the standard expected for the price point. “The actual room was quite large and had lots of storage. The mini-fridge was great to have and I very much appreciated a lighted, magnifying makeup mirror. Albeit noisy, I did enjoy an ac that cooled well. However, the towels were super thin and scratchy; the sheets were scratchy as well. While I liked the large mirror with a light surrounding it in the bathroom, half of it was burned out.The halls and lobby had a large fan going, I assume because the ac was either broken or unable to keep up...

“Great place. Clean with all the basic necessities available. Breakfast was good. A big shoutout to Roland at the front desk. I had a family emergency that required an executive decision, and he did not hesitate to help me out. Thank you!”

“Great area for this hotel. Close to the highway and 8 minutes away from the mall. Staff was really nice during check in. Really clean inside and outside the hotel. I would stay here again and recommend people to stay here as well.”

“Overall stay was pretty good. Clean, quiet rooms. Very aligned with what we expected. Staff were friendly. Open, spacious lobby good for getting work done. Breakfast was pretty good, too, although a little expensive, especially for a cup of coffee. Cons included that one of the elevators was broken during our entire stay. And the rooms are somewhat dated.”
