"Room was clean and slightly oversized which was nice as we had 4 in the room. Hotel has alot of charm, but definitely is alot to maintain. The location was convenient to Camden, but weather was bad so we did not go to the game. Valet parking worked well."

"Location is convenient to the attractions of the Inner Harbor and the room was large, clean and the bed was comfortable. On the other hand, the elevators and Internet did not work well at times and the ownership / management philosophy here seems to be "do as little as possible / spend as little as possible." There is serious deferred maintenance as evidenced by rotting wooden exterior trim and peeling paint. Our bathtub had a significant drip that had obviously been going on a long time as the bathtub was stained. The breakfast could have been nice, except food choices were limited and food was not restocked on a timely basis. (It seemed that a certain quantity of bacon and sausage was cooked each morning and when that was gone, there was none available for people eating later.) Overall, we made the best of our three night stay, but would probably not return until we were sure of a better maintained place with a caring management and staff. We do not recommend this place at this time!"

"The room and property was beautiful. The only issue was the restaurant. Service was awful, the food was worse and the prices outrageous I would advise everyone not to eat there. After seating we were never asked for our drink order. No bread or apps offered. Ordered steak tips rare and they were served Grey colored and well done. My order of seafood over pasta Primavera tasted like water, was served with scampi and when I asked for cheese the waiter had the Mgr come out to verify my request!!? The steak was sent back and reserved in the same condition. There is no reason to have a high end restaurant if the food is not edible."

"Our room was clean, the property was clean, and the staff was really friendly. They were very helpful and always made sure we had what we needed. We had our dog with us and she was able to relax and have her own little vacation. It was easy to have her with us. Definitely would stay there again."

"My wife was unhappy that there was no real coffee available. Instant coffee was terrible. The smell of marijuana and mildew permeated the hallway and our room. We were pleased with the size of our room though. I would suggest getting rid of the carpeting and putting in wood floors. That will get rid of the smell."

"Stayed overnight before traveling on train. Ideal location for either airport or train station. Couple of quick things I didnt notice when booking. It's $15 per night to park at hotel. Parking lot was packed so parked around the back. Has a bar which seemed pretty busy when I arrived around 9pm. Room was clean and pretty big."

"Granted it was memorial weekend but I was surprised Hyatt had trouble handling the volume of people waiting for breakfast. Breakfast is very nice. The matre D did the best he could. I was disappointed in the dress and polish of the employees working the front desk to greet people. I thought Hyatt had higher standards. Location is great and rooms are clean. I asked for a roller bed clerk said 10-15 mins delivery to my room. After an hour I called front desk.. she said yes I see your request. After another hour she says there are no more left. That was terrible service. You either have a bed for me or you don’t when I first put the request in!"
