“They won't answer any questions. Won't call you back. Nothing. Would not recommend”

“We were told the hotel was totally remodeled. Our room was nasty. The tub had been painted it appears, leaving a nasty discolored streaky hue. It looked filthy. This place was just patched up-not a total remodel. If it hadn’t been midnight we would have left. We were not offered the opportunity to pay for a breakfast pass so we were quite embarrassed the next morning when we tried to get breakfast and were without the pass.”

“The bathroom had mold exposed and the wall paper was peeling exposing it. The tub had a chip, something red in it , and white residue on it”

“Beautiful rooms. Just a challenge with having no onsite staff (all via online system). Highly recommend.”
