“Beautiful property on the beach with comfortable beds. Difficult to reach anyone at reception (multiple phone calls unanswered, email not answered, and often nobody at the desk - only to have the “Chief Engineer” show up on two different occasions and be rude). When I did finally meet the front desk, she was lovely and helpful.”

“Honestly wasn't satisfied”

“We arrived and asked for a bed facing the pool. The first room we got faced maintenance, we went back down and asked for a different room and we got a walk out room to the pool. While the accommodation was the good, the following things weren't; water takes at least 5 minutes to get warm then it gets really hot and have to turn it all the way to cold for warm water, the juccuzi we had ran yellow water unlike the sink, shower and toilet, the night stand was pushed all the way over, the fridge...
