“The staff are amazing. We had an issue with our washing machine and they responded immediately. There were some additional issues that occurred from that repair and everyone worked quickly and efficiently to solve the issue. When all was done, they checked in 2 additional times that day to be sure that all was still going well. Can't say enough of about how well it was handled and how friendly and helpful the staff was. Property and condo was clean and comfortable as always.”

“I stayed the WB plus Scottsdale for the conference and it was very nice. They offered the free shuttle service to the nearby conference venue. The hotel staffs were very friendly and one of the staffs is an excellent singer. Although I didn't use the swimming pool, the pool looks very nice and many children as well as adults used the pool. The breakfast buffet was also nice.”

“I’m generally satisfied with the hotel. Actually, I reserved a studio for two nights but upgraded to suite room with plenty of space for a couple. Because I stayed here during February, majority of guests of the hotel is seniors from north area like Wisconsin, Chicago. “I chose this hotel because I heard Scottsdale was a nicer area. I would definitely stay here again. The beds were soft, the area was quiet, and the value for what we paid was awesome. I think the best part of the stay was the breakfast! I ate waffles every morning 😋”
