“Room was NEVER cleaned over 6 days despite sign in room saying they would every third day. Shower door would not close, and after asking for it to be fixed three times, we gave up and asked for extra towels to put on the floor. Upon arrival no hand towels, face cloths in room and no soap in shower dispenser. There was a coffee pot, but no coffee or cups. Had to go to desk for that. “The location was absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do justice! The only thing I can suggest is communication could be better. We had an emergency where we needed to contact the property.
