Room was clean,shower pressure not the greatest, ac worked great must have been new,it was freezing in the room which my hubby likes it cold. Fridge and microwave were convenient.

Honestly, you're better off camping. I think $40 per night would be fair for this motel. It's quiet and location is good, but run down and not well maintained.

The motel is very old, not really much update, such as the air conditioning is newer in the bed is ok, it has fridge and microwave it old but working, there is a TV viewer with local cable the bathroom is ok, carpet is clean.

Lady at front desk was friendly. Front motel door completely rustef. Room looked like it had not been used on awhile. Radiator cover missing off radiator in bathroom Tv remote dirty. Tv itself was dirty. Shheets were ok. No toilet paper, had to go to front desk to get. A real no frills motel. Cheap accomodations if you are just sleeping and leaving quickly. Seemed safe. Gas stations and quick food nearby.

We arrived at the Budget Inn a little before midnight on a Friday night. We only stayed one night on our way to the Westerly beaches. The property and the room were clean and the staff was helpful with providing directions. It’s a secluded location with not much around or much to see, but it is clean and safe. There aren’t many amenities and very little soap, shampoo, etc. We wore shoes in the shower because although the bathroom was clean, it was clearly old and well used.

This is the worst hotel. It should be closed. As soon as we saw the property conditions and bedroom we immediately knew we could not stay. The attendant confirmed he was not going to refund us. We left. Very disappointing!

stay away, Better off sleeping in your car

the worst place. the staff (owner) Rude, Place was Dirty, Everything Stained, No Running Water. STAY FAR AWAY. we had a 5 day booking, stayed one night and left for another hotel.
