"I had no issue with the property as we didn't stay there. We tried to book the property via the Hotel website for a date in June but there was no availability. However, the web site said that rooms were available via Expedia. I clicked on the link assuming that the dates we had already selected would carry accross. We booked a room in the Hotel through Expedia. We received a confirmation email and noted that the date booked was that day not the June date. We tried to call the number shown on the Expedia email and the recording said that the number didn't exist. We then called the Hotel and cancelled the booking for that night and they said they would contact Expedia. We received an email advising that the reservation falls within the cancellation penalty window. We were assured that our concern had been forwarded, and they would assist us in ensuring the cancellation is processed that same day. We have not heard anything since and despite cancelling immediately we paid the full fare for the room."
