"The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with its romantic architecture and timeless charm. The service was amazing, especially Florencia at reception, who was wonderful. The breakfast was also good, and the pool was beautiful, our girls really enjoyed playing in the sand.
Unfortunately, our family holiday was significantly affected by a film production taking place throughout our entire stay.
On the first day, we were actually excited to see the production and experience something so unusual. The team was lovely and very polite to us, and initially, it was all quite exciting. The second day was still okay, but by the third day, we were honestly exhausted by the situation.
We had to be quiet whenever we were in the lobby area, couldn't properly enjoy the bar because it was closed for filming, and were even asked to leave the tables after finishing breakfast so the production could continue. We also found ourselves being followed and redirected whenever we moved around the hotel.
I want to emphasise that the production team was always polite and friendly. However, it was disappointing to feel that we couldn't fully enjoy the hotel's facilities or relax and spend time together as a family, which is exactly what we had come for.
I would love to give this hotel the highest rating because of its beautiful architecture, atmosphere and wonderful service. However, I feel genuinely disappointed that such a special place could not be fully enjoyed during our family holiday because of it."
