“Was a great location for food choices.”

“A/C made a loud clicking noise every time it shut off, it woke me up every 45-60 minutes. I switched rooms the following morning, the A/C didn’t cool very well, I left it on while we went to dinner and when I got back two hours later the A/C had shut itself off. Elevator doors malfunctioned multiple times, had to take the stairs a couple times.”

“The staff was incredibly nice but the cleanliness could use some work. The fire alarm went off for about half hour, no info provided upon evacuation. Lights in my room flickering the entire time. Refrigerator didn’t work.”
