Quaint cottage
Lovely b&b. Fantastic 3 course meal. Highly recommended. Kate is a super host. But the two dogs beg at the breakfast/dinner table. They need to be kept in a separate room while guests are eating. Breakfast was disappointing. Cooked breakfast consisted of 2 streaky bacon,burnt sausage and a fried egg with yolk overcooked. Make sure you ask how you want your eggs cooked. First morning we asked for scrambled egg which were perfect! Also the bedroom door needs a proper key lock on it. Everything else was wonderful.

Lovely secluded spot. We stayed in the Summer House which was the perfect place to wind down and relax. Handy local dog walks and lovely host. Thoroughly recommend.

Had absolutely the best weekend here. Kate was the most amazing and welcoming host. The property and amenities were wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 5 star experience at a 5 star property. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hospitality and lovely clean place
What a warm welcome! The owner was so service minded in a natural and kind way. The house was lovely and very clean. The breakfast has everything from cereals to an English breakfast, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. We asked, the lady had it! The country view was amazing. I would love to go back just to relax and enjoy the local environment and nature. Breathtaking.

We loved it, totally unique, would definitely return. We learnt so much about the area from our hosts which you just never get from brochures or google !!! Wonderful place to unwind, being able to relax and enjoy a superb meal in the evening prepared by a professional cook was our idea if heaven!

Relaxing break in beautiful cottage.
We had a wonderful stay at Kate's beautiful cottage, set in a great rural location, and enjoyed excellent service , having opted for a home cooked breakfast. Due to current coronavirus regulations, we had the cottage all to ourselves, enjoying a very chilled out rest, with open fires and very comfortable surroundings.

The personal touch
I chose this place to stay as it was on the route of a local sporting event. Everything about the stay was first class and we were very well looked after from start to finish. Big chain hotels are great but here the owner Kate was able to take care and cater for all the small details and our individual needs which made the whole stay spot on. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely loved staying here. Welcomed with a pot of tea and biscuits. Beautiful surroundings and the peace and tranquility was just what I needed. Will stay again.

My Mulsford experience
The owner was very friendly and helpful,there was no pressure to be back at a given time and no stress to get down for a home made breakfast, I would return and recommend it to my friends.

A great relaxing two night stay. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfasts. Lovely location, cottage bursting with character; quiet and with a pretty garden. We loved it.

Wonderful location in the country, beautiful house. Kate, the owner, very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast taken in the conservatory overlooking the garden was excellent, especially the homemade bread and marmalade. We really enjoyed our rather brief stay

The setting was more remote than I realised. Lovely place in need of some t.l.c. The host is really lovely , but it's a lot for a lady on her own to cope with. The garden area is a full time job for any man , let alone a lady.

Stunning farm house just on the boarder, Kate and her lovely dogs made the stay. The room and bathroom were big and private with lovely views over the fields. Highly recommend!

Pretty cosy sleepy cottage
Excellent stay. Lots of space. Very roomy and full of books for you to browse. Lovely warm open fire in cosy dining and living room. Comfortable bed, lots of hot water in deep bath and excellent cooked breakfast and dinner. Strong wifi signal. Definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Very warm welcome, super service, nice & quiet most definately will stay there again & even though this stay was to do with business, I'll be going back on a leisure visit.
