"The staff were wonderful, kind and helpful, however the lobby was unfinished and lots of junk/trash was stored throughout the property in common areas. The rooms were VERY small and had no windows (at least the one we were in) though they had all the amenities one needs. The rooms were also not at all sound proof. We could everything anyone said in the hallways which was quite disturbing. The price point should be lower for the current state of this hotel and the size of the room offered. "

"Great location to river view restaurants, shopping mall, Boat Quay, and Chinatown. Would suggest getting the breakfast added to your stay. It has a wide selection and is reasonably priced. We would stay here again!"

"Staff as the greatest asset. Polite, friendly and helpful. Good location and nice pool deck on roof, though it could do with a bit of TLC. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just need better facilities in room such as a Nespresso machine or similar - would expect in hotel of this class/price. "
