“5 minute walk from Picadilly station, upon arrival staff nice and friendly, room was clean and beds were comfy, convenient to places we needed ie ao arena, breakfast next morning was enough and mixture of cooked and cold foods (if i had one complaint they stopped the buffet style and said order from kitchen but we had alread had enough), check was easy.”

“We were upgraded to a deluxe room on arrive, big spacious room which was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our nights stay. We stayed for the one night whilst we were in the city to see Lady Gaga, the beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean and shower great. Why this place has a bad reputation I don’t know, I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years and not had a bad stay!”
