“Our room was typical for a Premier Inn - clean, comfy bed but just provided the basics. The weather during our stay was very hot - rooms are not air conditioned. A fan was provided, but the window was small so not much air circulation. Leaving the window open masde the room noisy from the pub customers and then all night from the adjacent and busy A45.”

“We stopped for 1 night. It was raining heavy for the last hour of journey and using as a bed/stop off on route to Heathrow. I kind of misunderstood where I was going and surprised to realize that this, basically, is a b&b. For a bed for the night, at this price, I would expect a more comfortable bedroom. It was cold. “Very dusty bedroom, wood panelling behind the bed was full of dust and cobwebs. Shower tray had black mould present. Kitchen had alot of cobwebs, dead spiders. Fridge seal was filthy, oven glove had holes and was burnt needs replacing. Windows inside are filthy and to top it off dog poo left for days which you had to try to avoid in the dark.
The owners are trying to sell the property and are clearly not bothered.”
