“Room was clean and roomy. You could hear noises from Outside very easily. Plenty of towels. Conditioner bottle was empty. One thing that was an irk but not the facilities fault is the smoke detector started chirping about 130 in the morning. I’m sure we could have called the front desk and had it addressed but we didn’t.”

There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus! The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good. My experience was overall very pleasant. “One of the elevators was out so we had to walk to available one on the other side of the building. Our first room’s air conditioner would not get cool. When it did, it would kick the heat on. We were moved rooms and that air conditioner worked fine. Stephanie on the overnight staff was really helpful”

My room wasn’t “fresh” but I asked for some liquid air freshener and they brought it up very quickly.
