“Breakfast was one of the best we've had at a hotel self-serve. Place was clean and spacious. Bed was adequate(not wonderful for me, but I'm picky). My daughter and I also used the pool. Pretty basic, but no complaints there. Plenty of towels to dry off with . Would be happy to stay again. The only drawback was I think the prices were higher than usual, because we stayed one week after the tornado hit. The prices seemed inflated”

“When we arrived at BW in Eureka Springs, there was no power in the city due to storms and tornadoes. Pam at the front desk was friendly and welcoming, despite the stress of no electricity. She led us to our room with a flashlight, and opened our room with her management key, just reminding us to check in next morning to receive our own keys. Couldn't believe she was still so calm and hospitable amidst the weather crisis.”
