“My expectations were high because this is a relatively new hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the lobby was clean and smelled pleasant. “We lived all the personal touches. They made fresh donuts every morning and delivered them to your room at the time we choose. Soft serve ice cream available in the lobby for free. Room was large and so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.”

“The reason we chose this hotel is that they advertise walk-in showers coming with every room. Only the accessible (handicapped) rooms are listed with both a walk-in shower and a handicapped-equipped bathtub with two sets of grab bars on their website and the Expedia site. So we booked a regular room and upon arrival found an outdated bathroom with a regular bathtub (no grab bars).
