"We love this hotel we always stay there when we go to London we go to London about two times a year. We have clients for a few years. The general manager Judith always treated us great and Jake at the front desk is amazing."

"Room was clean and tidy and the staff across all areas were excellent and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and although it was very busy that particular weekend, due to a few pre Christmas parties, the staff, especially in the bar / diner and main reception were very attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend."

"The room was very clean and everything stocked up well - thanks its lovely to be able to make coffee in your room. As a personal point of view it would be nice to be able to make two coffees per day rather than one - so four sachets rather than two. All staff were excellent and most helpful. Was most impressed with the room service, only took 15 minutes to reach my room. Check-in was quick and check-out very very quick. Breakfast was great - good variety of food and very relaxed - didn't feel pressured in any sense to leave my table and so was able to enjoy a second flat white - very important to me in the mornings. Thank you - would recommend the hotel to anyone."
