The breakfast was wonderful. It is an awesome location within walking distance of Royal mile and right next to the large shopping center. There is also a little convenience store right there. We had two rooms right next to one another and it was just great!

The location was so central and it was only 4 mins walk from Edinburgh Waverley train station. The room was so clean and tidy and the service was top notch. You have free access to steam room and sauna with your stay and also a fully working spa. The staff were very kind and very helpful.
