“the room was clean, the major issue is housekeeping letting them selves into the room at 9 am when check out was 11am my partner was in the shower which is ok the main room as i wa getting ready to had to wrap a towel for cover myself up. did report to reception they didn't care”

“Some of the stall were really good but others were so so. Really didn’t appreciate the guy trying to charge me 20£ for an hour early check in after 8hr flight plus an 1hr travel to hotel. Room was super small but stuff put a decent effort in”

“저는 싱글룸에서 잤는데 작지만 혼자 숙박하기에는 괜찮았어요. 호텔이 주요 관광지 가까이에 위치해서 대중교통이 아주 편리했어요. 런던은 숙박요금이 비싼데 여기는 합리적인 가격이라 생각해요. TV가 높이 달려있고.아침식사가 너무 소박한 게 조금 아쉽지만, 직원들이 모두 하나같이 정말 친절해서 잊혀지지 않아요. 런던에 또 간다면 다시 이 호텔에 숙박하고 싶어요.”

“I stayed two nights. Even though the facilities were slightly old, the view was fantastic and covered all the others. The Tower of London and the Tower wall was very close. You can access every day with the Tower of London on your bed.”

“Everything is new and clean. Also close to major transportation hub and a bus is right in front of the hotel. Will be perfect if a sofa and/or coffee table in the room since the room is big enough to include more furniture. ”
