"The worst thing, the reception treats you as if they didn't care that you stayed at their hotel, they are discriminatory with people, at least that's what I felt when I saw that they noticed that my family is Latina, the place was quite ugly and neglected it had a look more than what they offer online and too much to be desired for the price"

"We went for a family vacation and booked through Hotels.com. I believe we had lower quality rooms because of this. There was sand all over the floor when walking in. The floor was tile with no entry rug to stop it from spreading whenever you came in and out. The rain shower looks nice but there is no way to prevent it from leaking all over the bathroom floor. Mixing water with sand on your feet, you never feel truly clean. Not to mention all the sand that ends up in your bed and they never changed our sheets!! My child was afraid we would get bed bugs! The chest of drawers smelled like mildew so we lived out of our suitcases for 5 days! The storage in the room is terrible. Knowing people will need to hang wet items around, you would think there would be more options in the room to accommodate that. The resort is WAY OVER PRICED. They nickel and dime you for everything! "

"I had a great stay at the Palmetto Inn & Suites. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the WiFi worked great with no issues. Overall, everything was smooth and enjoyable—definitely a good place to stay right on the beach!"
