“The room looked dirty and initially smelled of bleach and then transitioned to the smell of smoke. The bathroom was dirty and had mold around the tub and floor, the shower curtain was dirty and also had mold on it. The bedding was all stained and felt wet to the touch, unclear if it was actually washed. The towels were stained and we had to hassle staff to get replacements. “Bathroom had mold on ceiling and in grout . Dirty handprints on bathroom door. Sink stopped up. Non smoking room reaked of cigarettes. One large towel and small floor towel . Coil mattress bed that slept down hill.”
