“a servicable hotel under the circumstances (my usual preferences were sold out do to a big event in Chicago nothing wrong, just an unremarkable stay”

“Do not come here”

“Decent motel experience. The room was nice, fairly modern. The location and amenities were just okay. Got what I paid for.”

“Dirty room no housekeeping very bad and rude attitude from the manager stay Away from this dirty hotel it’s total garbage”

“👍”

“unfortunately we spent one night here due to car travelling and need to sleep somewhere on the road. The room was dirty, clearly the bed sheets and pillow were dirty with hair on them. The hairdryer full of dust, the towel also were dirty. That was really uncomfortable. Noticed that we notify the stuffs and a old lady came to change at least the sheets, but that was terrible.”

“There was a broken window in the corridor going to the rooms on the second floor, literally a hole in the window letting in cold air. The sink in my room had no hot water. The floor of the room was not very clean. The mattress on the bed was thin, and hard. The bathroom floor wasn't clean. The rooms are noisy, and the ventilation poor. Lighting is worse than usual for a cheap motel. The motel charges a $50 security deposit, that is immediately charged to your credit card, and takes their time...

“The staff was wxtermely unaccomodating. The internet was not working but she did not even call maintenance or the manager to solve the issue”
